I have the same size auger with gear box driven hopper used on a bin of almost the same size. I run it most of the time with a 50 pto hp JD 5300. I cannot run a full auger at that height with the 5300. If I don't run it full, it does just fine. Your IH 656 has 60 pto hp. It will probably be on the edge if it can handle a full auger.
